
POSITION: MARKETING EXECUTIVE
LOCATION: BANGALORE
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The Candidate should:
1. Have excellent command over English language.
2. Be able to write (both long and short text) very well.
3. Be familiar with the internet, how it works, researching on the net, social networking sites, discussion boards etc.
4. Be an expert in MS Office. Should be good at preparing power point presentations
5. Be diligent in maintaining a daily/weekly/monthly task list and execute on the tasks
6. Already have an active Facebook and linkedin profile
The Candidate could:
6. Be a graduate (preferably, but not necessary)
7. Be familiar with HTML and creating web pages (but not necessary)
8. Have experience of 1 to 2 years in any field
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Documentation
1. Preparing marketing collateral (brochures, pamphlets, mailers etc.)
2. Updating the web site with latest content
3. Creating (writing) case studies
4. Creating presentations for sales purposes. At times, assist people in other functions to prepare presentations for clients.
Internet Marketing
5. Research the internet to identify various discussion forums where OnTrac ought to be contributing
6. Ensure OnTrac's participation in these discussion forums by directly contributing or getting others at OnTrac to contribute
7. Research the internet to identify various web sites where OnTrac's name should be present and making sure that happens.
8. Ensuring frequent postings on OnTrac's facebook page
9. Tracking activity levels on TL Forum at Linkedin and ensuring participation by OnTrac
10. Search Engine Optimization for OnTrac's web site
11. Ensuring that the OnTrac blog gets new articles and generating more signups for the blog
Lead Generation
12. Researching the internet to identify potential clients in the BPO space, across the world.
13. For the companies identified, creating and maintaining a list of key people and their contact information
14. Maintaining all business cards gathered by the sales team and ensuring they are put into a data base
15. Running mailing campaigns for OnTrac, tracking leads and sending them to the sales team
Events
16. Researching various events/conferences that OnTrac can participate in
17. For the events identified, ensure complete preparation (registration, material, logistics, key people who will attend etc.)
18. Ensure event's details are posted on Facebook page and web site.
19. Collect all business cards from the event, enter into a database and ensure mailers are sent out by the sales team
PR
20. Coordinating with PR agencies (as and when required) for press releases, articles etc.
21. Ensuring press releases are updated on the web site and are mailed to a specific mailing list.
