
POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
LOCATION: BANGALORE
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The Candidate should:
1. Have 7 to 8 years of work experience of which atleast 3 years should have been in a sales/business development position.
2. Have a good understanding of the BPO industry by virtue of having worked in it, or having sold services to the industry.
3. Be a graduate in any field
4. Be familiar with consulting and training service
5. Be diligent in following up with every lead
6. Be capable of generating prospects by himself/herself
7. Have a good grasp of English, both verbal as well as written
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
1. Sell OnTrac's services to new and existing clients
2. Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded under all circumstances
3. Maintain a healthy pipeline for 2 quarters atleast
4.Travel frequently to various locations within Bangalore and other cities to generate sales
5. Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions to them
6. Manage client relationships and in case of any operational problems, be prepared to handle tough situations
7. Convince clients to institutionalize OnTrac's services within their companies
Pre-Sales
8. Research news papers, magazines, trade journals and the internet for prospective clients
9. Keep up to date about news on the latest practices and theories in the BPO space
10. Participate in industry events
Miscellaneous
11. Ensure that documentation is done on time and is complete in all respects
12. Is avalable for the client at odd hours if required
