What is it?
The
OnTrac Business Partner (OBP) program is an exciting new initiative for
individuals and companies to partner with OnTrac to increase their
revenues by leveraging:
A. Their Contacts
B. OnTrac's Training Programs
OBPs need not invest in any infrastructure, people or equipment. They don't have to do active selling. Just by opening doors for OnTrac with decision makers, OBPs can benefit from sustained earnings with very little effort. OnTrac will help in closing sales.

Financials:
OBPs
will earn a payout of 20% of the value of the first order from any
client brought in by them. E.g. If first order is for Rs. 5 Lakhs, then
OBP earns 20% of this amount i.e. Rs. 1 Lakh.
For all subsequent orders from the same client, the OBP will earn 5% of the order value for a period of 2 years. E.g. If the second order is for Rs. 5 Lakhs, then OBP earns 5% of this amount i.e. Rs. 25,000 as referral fees.
For all new clients, the same methodology will be followed i.e. payout will be 20% of order value for first order and 5% for all subsequent orders for a period of 2 years.
All payments are subject to mandatory tax deductions including TDS.

Support from OnTrac:
OBPs
can expect a significant amount of support from OnTrac including
induction programs, introductions to OnTrac’s products, roles
and expectations from an OBP, orientation on the sales process etc.
OnTrac will also provide OBPs with ready to use material in electronic
format including personalized product brochures, OnTrac profile,
Trainer profile and email templates to communicate with their contacts.
OBPs can expect thorough support from the OnTrac Business Development
team through the entire sales process.
Who can become an OBP:
Typical
OBPs would be graduates with corporate work experience in various
roles. They would currently be working at a company, be independent
consultants or would be entrepreneurs in various domains. They need to
have good communications skills. A key requirement is that OBPs need to
have contacts at decision-making levels in various companies, if they
want to maximize the benefit of being an OBP.
