(a brand of Qbar Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) was established by
senior managers from the IT/ITES and Education industries with the
objective of helping companies optimize their investments in training
and
employee development.
The company started with a focus on developing and delivering training programs for operations in the services industry. During this process, OnTrac achieved mastery in measurement of post program effectiveness and ROI of training activities. Its training programs have a practical flavour to them and provide participants with implementables that they can use right away at their workplace.
