Learning Operations Management deals with treating training as an operation in itself, to ensure continuous excellence. This involves the following steps:


a. Pre-training readiness checks (training material, pre-tests, infrastructure, trainer readiness, participant profiling, program invitations, stake holder information, conducting pre-behavioural survey)

b. Post-training wrap up (collation of feedback, administration of tests, analysis of feedback and test results, reporting)

c. Post-training followup (following up with participants on post training activities, post-behavioural survey, correlating training results to business results)

d. Training operations management (trainer reviews, SME support to trainer, trainer skill upgradation, managing daily performance reporting by trainer)

e. Curriculum Management (Curriculum design, revisions, version control)
