Ravi Venkatesam is a founding director, has been involved with senior management roles in the IT and ITES industries. In his last assignment, he was the Vice President of Operations (Tech Support) at 24/7 Customer, a leading provider of BPO services. Ravi was responsible for ensuring the success of numerous processes from large multi national companies. Prior to 24/7 Customer, Ravi co-founded Atesto Technologies, a California company that transformed Web Application Testing. Ravi also co-founded one of the first venture funded startups in India in 1998. Before embarking on an entrepreneurial career, Ravi gained extensive experience in development and operations at leading software service organizations including Infosys Technologies. He is a graduate of the IIT Kharagpur and has an MBA from IIM Bangalore.

Anand Murthy is a founding director of OnTrac. He has worked with leading companies in the Education, Hospitality and BPO sectors in India. Most recently, Anand was a Program Head at 24/7 Customer for a large Multinational Financial Institution program helping them acquire new customers. Prior to that, Anand was with NIIT Ltd., India's leading IT education major. During his tenure at NIIT, Anand was responsible for business development, channel management, and managing the Education Operations in the State of Kerala and the Bangalore Region. Before his tenure in the training field, Anand worked in the hospitality industry with the Taj Group of Hotels. Anand has a bachelor's degree in Science, a master's degree in Mass Communication and an MBA from the Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia.
