CEO: Ravi Venkatesam
Ravi Venkatesam founded the company in 2004. Ravi has been involved with senior management roles in the IT and ITES industries. In his last assignment, he was the Vice President of Operations (Tech Support) at 24/7 Customer, a leading provider of BPO services. Ravi was responsible for ensuring the success of numerous processes from large multi national companies. Prior to 24/7 Customer, Ravi co-founded Atesto Technologies, a California company that transformed Web Application Testing. Ravi also co-founded one of the first venture funded startups in India in 1998. Before embarking on an entrepreneurial career, Ravi gained extensive experience in development and operations at leading software service organizations including Infosys Technologies. Country Head, Philippines: Jatinder Singh

Head Sales: Sunil Kumar
Sunil Kumar is one of the early members of the OnTrac team. He has cut his teeth at companies such as Aegis BPO and QSupport (one of India's first BPO companies). Prior to joining the BPO industry, Sunil has a stint in sales in the automobile sector. Sunil currently heads the sales function at OnTrac. Head Operations: Prakash Nairr
Prakash has over 15 years of work experience in the hospitality and retail sectors. He worked for companies such as te Taj Group of hotels and Foodworld Supermarkets. He spent over 12 years in operations before moving into the area of training and development. At OnTrac, Prakash heads operations and is responsible for all aspects of delivery. Nilanjana comes with over 15 years of work experiencei in the area of instructional design and elearning. She has worked with companies such as NIIT, Aditi Technologies, HTC and ITPreneurs. Nilanjana powers the elearning team at OnTrac, where she develops OnTrac's own elearning products and also ensures the success of custom development projects for a variety of clients.
