OnTrac Learning Management Model


This is a “waterfall” model developed by OnTrac that follows a systematic path of establishing and managing any learning function. It first starts with understanding the business objective and developing training strategies that align with these business objectives. This is followed up with a series of steps that eventually lead to implementation of a learning function.
