The training really
helped me shape
up and put things in place. There were lots of things that we all
thought we know but never did implement them. We know the importance of
Team Lead position in the organization. It really helped me personally
to relate myself to my job profile and complete my day's work without
having to spend those extra hours that I always used to. I
whole-heartedly thank the entire team of Ontrac who compiled the
training course that really helped us learn a whole lot of this. It was
a great learning experience.

For the month of September, I have prepared the incident report for all my team members and the result was amazing. This month, my team was amongst the top 3 teams in the entire project. Inspite of all the non-performers in my team, my team was in the 2nd position for the month. Moreover, my team was the only team to achieve the login target as well as SPH target for the month and this is all because of the incident report that we keep track of each and every day’s performance.

We have started to implement the things we learnt in the training and feel that the things are going “OnTrac” now. I have been able to control Shrinkage to about 6% and attrition is NIL since then. Also I had fun giving information about the call center industry and the call center work process to my team. Their response was “We never could have imagined these details about the industry”. Also, they were happy to know the career growth and the way to go about it. Having a good time here. Hope to see you soon
