Participants learn the fundamental underpinnings of operations and people management. Application of this knowledge helps our clients see an improvement in metrics in key operational areas. Metrics include productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, cycle time, response rates, error/accuracy rates etc.
The OnTrac Star Certification is an industry standard program that enhances the delivery capabilities of TEAM LEADERS in the areas of operations management and people management. Unlike most training programs, this program is designed to help participants translate classroom learning into practice at their workplace. During this process, managers have the opportunity to observe how effectively team leaders are using their knowledge gained in the program. The program has three phases.
The first phase is the instructor led program. The program can be delivered in two modes i.e. (a) In a classroom and (b) Online via the internet. Pre-Tests and Post-Tests are conducted.
> Duration is for a total of 24 hours.
In the second phase, participants implement their learnings at the workplace. They commit to improving metrics by applying their knowledge. Governance is implementad via an online tool.
> Duration is for a total of 8 weeks.
In the third phase, participants present their achievements to a senior leaders' panel. The panel evaluates them based on their improvements. Phase 1 Test scores and Phase 3 scores are normalized for certification purposes.
> Duration of each presentation is 20 minutes.

They are well versed with the topics of the program and would have gone through 1 to 2 months of training themselves before being accredited to deliver this program.
