StarTrac turns a training programme into a record of practice. Learners work through programme activities on any device, logging what they applied, when they applied it, and what changed as a result. Progress is measured against targets you define rather than against course completion, so a programme reports on behaviour that has actually shifted. Managers review and sign off the work their people submit, written reflections capture what each learner took from an activity, and points and badges sustain momentum between sessions. Built-in simulations let learners rehearse difficult decisions safely before applying them, and everything a cohort produces rolls up into comparison views so sponsors can see which teams are converting learning into practice. StarTrac installs as an app, keeps working offline in the field, and holds each client’s data in its own isolated tenant.
