RPA Fundamentals is a 1 day program that introduces the world of Robotic Process Automation to Operations Professionals at entry, supervisory and manager levels. Participants undergoing this program will understand what RPA is, and will be ready to identify opportunities for automation within their respective processes.

a. Repetitive tasks currently being done by people that are rule based and that do not require human judgement

b. Some Repetitive tasks being done by people that are generally rule based, and that sometimes require human judgement
